I have been looking for a CF or Java solution to parse addresses.<br>
What I have found so far that works best is a Python library.
</p>
<p>The good thing is I came across a blog post by Mark Mandel <a href="http://www.compoundtheory.com/running-python-on-coldfusion/">RUNNING PYTHON ON COLDFUSION</a> there is <a href="http://www.jython.org/">Jthon</a> that allows you to run Python from Java & we all know you can run Java from CF.
</p>
<p>
</p><a href="http://www.jython.org/"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjejHEdsjKPgNAx2rumVOJrtSdhPG19fUmncAYQtSKh7jOL129L1SkqNQvAOGL0sr_ju0fWsxRbOVn_nfao-7N6JqBktRaeICaBBTBfn0pTXWQairpTfjlhCILRlk0S_zASqAVkZyoJC60/s1600/jython.png" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjejHEdsjKPgNAx2rumVOJrtSdhPG19fUmncAYQtSKh7jOL129L1SkqNQvAOGL0sr_ju0fWsxRbOVn_nfao-7N6JqBktRaeICaBBTBfn0pTXWQairpTfjlhCILRlk0S_zASqAVkZyoJC60/s320/jython.png" /></a></a>
<p>The Python code I want to run is <a href="https://github.com/datamade/usaddress">here</a>
</p>
<p>There is a nice web based example of it <a href="https://parserator.datamade.us/usaddress">here</a>
</p>
<p><a href="https://parserator.datamade.us/usaddress"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhx5pcXN4j0YyqJp0akSIJWsjxjVt6TX9NQ7zCzDuCUKZtZSLvGIhLMNybD8D0r-P1afPR79U12U95HQQ7HE1kPxwhxstC9JjnwlUoyEYKvObkCWFI-1cfPcdSwKKevBXLNt5PDwiFwsao/s1600/web+parser.png" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhx5pcXN4j0YyqJp0akSIJWsjxjVt6TX9NQ7zCzDuCUKZtZSLvGIhLMNybD8D0r-P1afPR79U12U95HQQ7HE1kPxwhxstC9JjnwlUoyEYKvObkCWFI-1cfPcdSwKKevBXLNt5PDwiFwsao/s320/web+parser.png" /></a></a>
</p>
<p>QUESTIONS:
</p>
<p>
<ul>
<li>Is there a PURE CF solution?
</li>
<li>Is there a better Java solution?
</li>
<li>Will this CF/Java/Python thing run like a slug?
</li>
<li>Is there anything I missed?
</li>
</ul>
</p>

<p>
<a href="https://github.com/mitchtech/raspi_gtalk_robot">RASPI gtalk Robot</a>

<a href="http://www.tannr.com/2015/01/16/raspberry-pi-garage-door-opener-part-1/">Connecting a garage door remote to the Pi</a>
</p>
<p>What I did is use the hardware interface & the code to turn the pin high for one sec & the gtalk robot modified to work on a jwchat.org client.
</p>
<p>This can be modified to work with any jabber client. It did not work for me with gtalk. :(
</p>
<p>
My other code tweak was to change from a single user to a list of users that are able to control the Pi & garage door opener.

<p>
Add the Pi User, Pass & list of admin accounts

I'm a mac user and usually run Linux in a VM or on headless devices.

<p>
I have been Docker curious, but Docker requires Linux, you can do it in a VM, but running in <a href="https://kitematic.com/">Kitematic</a> is sweet!
</p>
<p>
It makes everything really easy, so let get to the video & explore how to use Docker.

Hello folks, I am looking for a crowd sourced security solution.
</p>
<p>
I have a client that has a VPS at a well known ColdFusion hosting company.
</p>
<p>
Their setup is IIS 7.0, Windows server 2008 R2, HackmyCF & CF9
</p>
<p>
Capturing a netstat -o during the event shows a connection running conhost.exe
</p>
<p>
I have FTP turned off.
</p>
<p>
I appreciate any help & suggestions in this issue.
</p>

Possible solution!
</p>
<p>
It appears that a file manager written in CF in a single file was placed on the server.
</p>
<p>
To the best of my understanding it is the same as what Charlie Arehart describes <a href="http://www.carehart.org/blog/client/index.cfm/2013/1/2/Part2_serious_security_threat">here</a>.

<p>* Special note to Scott Stroz: None of this is original art, everything has been copied from smarter people than me!</p>
<p>In short, I wanted to take Lucee for a test drive, figured I'd see how quickly I could get it up and running, short answer QUICK!</p>
<p>As stated in the Lucee docs, you can easily swap out the jar files and be running Lucee in no time.</p>
<p>Feel free to pull down a copy <a href="http://ec9.us/projects.cfml">here</a></p>
<p>Special thanks to the Bitnami & Lucee folks for making everything so easy!</p>

You can copy the code and paste it into <a href="http://cflive.net">cflive.net</a> and run it!
</p>
<p>
This is a Proof Of Concept that an AJAX call from a page can create an image in a ColdFusion component, convert the image to base64 send it back to the calling page as JSON data and render the image from the base64 data.
</p>
<p>
UPDATE! This works in my code. I hope to be submitting more code in the next week.

</p>
<p>I am still rocking the 2009 GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P freshened up with a USB 3.0 card
</p>
<p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqjDrLwRHcejTC89OzUyN_v1O50esvaBqJ59GB3pZbuSQ5nHKK-_3DttMZRIpDSAjj66Ny1msdAVSgRwsoG0GuKvCYxrvPairNNeRzs9n1VIJCJhTGzkY1kc3EV5thGQJRzIPk5kOBau4/s1600/MotherBoard.jpg" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiqjDrLwRHcejTC89OzUyN_v1O50esvaBqJ59GB3pZbuSQ5nHKK-_3DttMZRIpDSAjj66Ny1msdAVSgRwsoG0GuKvCYxrvPairNNeRzs9n1VIJCJhTGzkY1kc3EV5thGQJRzIPk5kOBau4/s320/MotherBoard.jpg" /></a>
</p>
<p>I have a prior post on how to upgrade to <a href="http://rich-blog.blogspot.com/2013/10/updating-2009-lifehacker-quadcore.html">Mavericks</a> from Snow Leopard.
</p>
<p>Do the prep work outlined here by <a href="http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-guides/143976-unibeast-install-os-x-yosemite-any-supported-intel-based-pc.html">TonyMacx86.com</a>
</p>
<p>I am short on some of the boot parameters to get it running & I apologize.
</p>
<p>You definitely need:<br>
GraphicsEnabler=Yes, PCIRootUID=1
</p>
<p><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1QYv9FRGHdW81McGulhW8j4MinlsD-ushpPyBQIDCiNO-si2nF_UfgKLYjINFnWaBdL_YpCOu0KXU56cr_pL58o6u16bK4Xxd9o69eblgOdhc_C5WL0WMTOcTCqTmJt_MYrw_QlU1rLw/s1600/ORICO_PVU3-5O2U_USB3.0.jpg" imageanchor="1" ><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1QYv9FRGHdW81McGulhW8j4MinlsD-ushpPyBQIDCiNO-si2nF_UfgKLYjINFnWaBdL_YpCOu0KXU56cr_pL58o6u16bK4Xxd9o69eblgOdhc_C5WL0WMTOcTCqTmJt_MYrw_QlU1rLw/s320/ORICO_PVU3-5O2U_USB3.0.jpg" /></a>
</p>
<p>I have added a <a href="http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA3YB2323827&cm_re=ORICO_PVU3-5O2U_USB3.0-_-9SIA3YB2323827-_-Product">ORICO PVU3-5O2U USB3.0</a> card to my computer, paid $29 at the time
</p>
<p>Post install, I was left with no audio & no working USB 3.0 here is the fix:
<ul>
<li>Get the kext Utility from <a href="http://www.hackintoshosx.com/files/download/4279-kext-utility-yosemite-258/">hackintoshosx.com</a></li>
<li>Delete the USB 3.0 kext you may have installed with Multibeast ( <a href="http://www.tonymacx86.com/yosemite-desktop-support/144446-after-yosemite-update-some-usb-ports-not-working-2.html">TonyMacx86.com post</a> )</li>
<li>Install the kext from the above post, but I did it with the kext utility </li>
<li>Download & install the two audio Kexts from <a href="http://www.hackintoshosx.com/files/download/4060-applehda-1010-yosemite-alc889/">hackintoshosx.com</a> and install with the kext utility</li>
</ul>
</p>
<p>This will get your Yosemite hackintosh with a GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard running USB 3.0 & Audio
</p>
<p>When you build a hackintosh, you do not get the Apple office suite & iMovie for free, you have to pay for them.
